Long, bimbling run at Lyme, in the English rain of course. Hopefully getting ready to run in the Lakes next week, on a couple of Lakeland Trails races. These are still fitting in with covid guidelines, : running outside, small groups, at a distance from others. Fingers crossed, I'd be made up to be able to hit the trails for a bit.
