Hi... I'm Rachel, and still loving to run. I have been lucky enough to take part in many endurance running events, here in the UK and abroad. Running is not only a valued activity and avenue of escape; it offers a way to meet people and experience a variety of places.

Through this blog, I'm trying to document events , and share/ entertain with running related anecdotes. Enjoy?
